🌴ETH Rio Day 2-3 Recap + CZ's Surprise Visit
Hello friends,
I spun up Brazil Crypto Report almost a year ago now with the thesis that Brazil was easily the most overlooked crypto market in the world.
However, after last few days I’m not sure that my thesis holds water anymore. ETH Rio, which was topped off by a surprise appearance from Binance CEO Changpeng Zhao, has put Brazil on the global crypto map for good.
Importantly, CZ announced plans to acquire banks and payment processors in Brazil. I’ll dive into this news in more depth in my weekly recap, but there is really no way to understate the importance of this development.
